XTrainingSystem is a FiveM police academy and training script for ESX, QBCore, Qbox and standalone servers. Your LSPD, sheriff, EMS or driving school runs real courses from an in-game tablet: written exams, firing range qualifications, driving, flight and boat tests, fitness tests, tactical courses and live lessons, with points, rankings and rewards checked by the server.

Cadets who join the police with no training. Field training officers who keep notes on paper. Firearms qualifications that are just roleplay text. Pursuit driving, air unit and marine unit exams that nobody can verify. XTrainingSystem turns all of it into gameplay: the academy publishes a course on a board in the city, cadets enroll and pay the fee, instructors start each activity on the day, and at the end the best students receive money, items or a licence.

Police academy, departments and groups

• Up to 10 groups (LSPD, BCSO, EMS, a driving school...), each with a circular training zone, funds, a stash, course boards and a question bank.
• Roles owner, teacher, collaborator and student, with 18 permissions an admin can change per group.
• Add members by name, offline characters included, up to 500 per group.
• Group funds with deposits and withdrawals from the bank and a ledger of every movement.
• Group stash for weapons, ammunition and reward items, protected on the server.

Course builder with drag and drop planner

• Nine guided steps: details, calendar, activities, staff, enrollments, points and rewards, roll call, public information, preview. Every step is saved on the server.
• Courses over several days (7 by default, up to 30), each day with its meeting time.
• Drag and drop planner, also usable with the keyboard.
• Activity templates: prepare a firing test or a driving route once and reuse it in every course.
• Attachments: images and PDF files (up to 30 pages) dropped or pasted onto the tablet and saved on your server, plus YouTube videos. No upload service and no API key.

Nine activity types

• Theory lesson: the instructor presents slides and PDF pages and every student tablet follows; YouTube videos play in sync for the class.
• Practical lesson: up to 10 labelled points of interest shown to the students on site.
• Written exam: timed by the server, answers saved one by one, single choice, multiple choice and true or false questions.
• Physical fitness test: run, obstacle, crouched corridor, push-ups, pull-ups and swim, in the order you set.
• Road driving test: waypoints, time, damage and speed. Too much damage, burst tyres or leaving the vehicle fail the test.
• Flight test: rings in the sky and a landing inside the finish circle, for air unit and pilot training.
• Boat test: waypoints on the water for marine units and coast guard.
• Firing range qualification: targets from 3 to 60 m in front of a firing line, scored by hit zone (head, center, inner, outer), static or moving.
• Timed tactical course: on foot through checkpoints with shoot and no-shoot targets, for SWAT and close quarters training.

Firing range and weapons

• Place the firing line and up to 30 targets in game, on a rail that keeps them in front of the shooter.
• Weapon and ammunition can be lent from the group stash for the test and are taken back at the end.
• Points per hit zone, with a multiplier you set per activity.

Driving, flight and boat tests with a route editor

• Draw routes in a free camera inside a private routing bucket, with up to 100 waypoints.
• Provided test vehicles per activity (police car, police helicopter, police boat by default), with keys and fuel through open integrations.
• Instructors can Follow a driving test live, with the student's route and HUD on their screen.
• Every attempt is kept: the best one counts until the instructor picks another.

Question bank for written exams

• Up to 2,000 questions per group, written once and reused by every exam: penal code, radio codes, use of force, first aid, highway code.
• Tags, search and filters; fixed questions or N questions drawn at random per student by tag.
• Results and the right answers reach students only when the exam closes for everyone, so finished cadets cannot pass answers on.

Roll call, points and rankings

• When an activity starts, enrolled students get a notification, a blip and a GPS route to the roll call. On time, late and absent each have their points.
• Every point is a row in a register that is never edited, with reasons for points given by hand.
• Live ranking, student progress chart, class view, per-student profile and an analysis table with best and average times.

Rewards, licences and graduation

• Money, items and licences (for example the driving or weapon licence) for the top places and for every student who passes.
• Optional thresholds to pass: minimum points and minimum attendance.
• Rewards are reserved when the course is published. Money reaches offline players too; what cannot be delivered waits for the next login.

Admin panel and in-game settings

• Open it with F7 or /xtt_admin, protected by an ACE permission.
• Create groups and set their zone in game, manage members, open any course with owner powers, disable groups and courses.
• Settings and theme colours editable from the Server settings page, each with its range and default.

Light on your server

• No per-frame loop at rest: per-frame work runs only during a test, in the route editor or while placing a point.
• The server ticks once a second only while tests or route editors are open.
• A closed tablet runs no timers.

Requirements

Installation: copy the folder, import one SQL file, add the tablet item to your inventory and a few lines to server.cfg. The interface ships already built, no Node.js needed. If something is missing, the console names it and the resource stays off instead of half working.

Frequently asked questions

Is this only a police script?

No. It was built with police academies in mind, but any group can use it: EMS, fire department, driving school, flight school, security company or a gang. Each group has its own zone, courses and question bank.

Does it work with ESX, QBCore and Qbox?

Yes, and standalone too. In standalone there is no player money, so entry fees, funds and money rewards are not available: use free courses and item rewards.

Can it replace my DMV or driving school script?

It runs driving lessons and driving tests and can give the driving licence as a reward, but an instructor starts every activity: it is not an automatic NPC driving test.

Can students cheat the tests?

The server keeps points, times and answers, reads the player position every second during a test and rejects results that do not add up. The firing hit zone is measured by the client; the server checks counts, timing and position.

Do I need Fivemanage or another upload service?

No. Images and PDF pages are saved on your server inside the resource.

What does Early Access mean?

Every feature listed here is in the script today. We are still testing it on every framework and inventory, so you may meet bugs: report them from the button in the admin panel and we fix them in the next updates.
